Overview

As a Wealth Paraplanner in our London team, you support Wealth Managers by tailoring robust financial plans and handling complex execution details. You’ll translate client goals into actionable strategies and help maintain high standards from planning through to delivery. You work closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure timely, compliant service and client satisfaction. Responsibilities

Support Wealth Managers and Financial Planners in delivering bespoke financial plans
Translate client aims into actionable planning strategies using technical expertise
Facilitate smooth processing of new and existing business
Monitor administration workstreams to uphold standards and deadlines
Build knowledge of core Financial Planning solutions through client scenarios
Produce robust financial plans and analytical information under supervision
Guide and support junior team members to complete tasks to a high standard
Assist with client interaction and contribute to client management and advice processes

Key requirements

CII or CISI Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent)
Paraplanner experience in complex areas (estate planning, trusts, offshore bonds, pensions)
Technical ability with financial planning software; strong ability to dissect investments, tax strategies and pensions
Collaborative team player thriving in a fast-paced, progressive culture
