You will manage development transactions end-to-end and draft or negotiate key documents. Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of commercial property development matters for developers, landowners and investors
• Manage development transactions from inception to completion
• Draft and negotiate development documentation
• Advise on Promotion and Option Agreements
• Negotiate Section 106 Agreements

Key requirements

• 1-3 years PQE
