In this role you drive high-impact live-game opportunities using data, experimentation and player insights. You will partner with Executives, Producers and Analysts to improve retention, engagement, progression, economy and monetisation across a portfolio of live games. You’ll lead hypothesis-led development, design robust experiments and steer roadmaps with measurable outcomes. The role suits a data-driven problem solver who thrives on continuous live-ops improvement and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hands-on leadership position with significant ownership and visible impact.

Responsibilities
Identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities across retention, engagement, progression, economy performance and monetisation
Turn opportunities into testable hypotheses with defined success metrics
Design and analyse robust A/B tests in collaboration with Product Analysts
Own and shape game roadmaps with data-backed prioritisation
Collaborate with Product Analysts, Executive Producers, UA, Creative and Monetisation teams
Develop product best practices, mentor Analysts and evolve experimentation frameworks
Evaluate early-stage game opportunities and support growth planning
Translate insights into actions that improve game performance
Key requirements
Significant Product Management experience within free-to-play mobile games
Track record of improving live game performance through product initiatives
Experience with live-service products and measurable business impact
Strong understanding of player behaviour and product optimisation
Experience partnering with Producers, Game Leads or Product Leaders
Strong understanding of cohort, funnel, retention, engagement and monetisation metrics
Deep understanding of game economies, progression systems and LiveOps
