Overview

Join Insulet as Marketing Manager, Launch Excellence to drive commercial readiness for sensor integrations across Omnipod platforms. You will translate global strategy into market-ready deliverables and enable consistent, high-quality execution across international markets. You’ll coordinate cross-functional inputs and support launch readiness through multiple channels, contributing to breakthrough innovative launches. This role offers impact across diverse markets and a chance to shape how new solutions reach patients and healthcare professionals. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a clear focus on successful, scalable launches.

Responsibilities

Support international commercial readiness and execution of sensor integration launches across all channels
Translate global strategy and technical inputs into actionable, market-ready deliverables (messaging, assets, toolkits)
Ensure aligned deployment of integrated HCP and DTC materials across channels and functions
Provide markets with practical guidance, toolkits, and support for local execution
Support Launch Preparation Process (LPP2.0) to ensure timely launch inputs and dependencies across markets
Coordinate with Global, Marketing, Training, Medical, Regulatory, and Markets to align on deliverables and execution

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
Experience in product launches, commercial readiness, or downstream execution, preferably in a regulated environment
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional, matrix organization
Strong ability to translate global strategy and technical inputs into execution-ready deliverables
Experience supporting launch readiness and execution across multiple markets or regions
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
