Manager, Treasury New Products (Crypto & Digital Assets Lead)

Overview

In this role, you partner with Product and Treasury to translate crypto and digital asset ideas into practical, scalable processes. You lead Treasury-driven digital asset initiatives and align them with Checkout’s core payments platform. You’ll drive a holistic, cross-domain strategy, balancing risk, governance, and innovation to support global product deliveries. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing fintech, offering meaningful impact on asset-native initiatives and the broader product stack.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Strategic Partner to Product, Engineering, Commercial and Legal to shape crypto/digital asset opportunities from a Treasury perspective
• Act as the primary liaison between Product teams and Treasury SMEs across disciplines and geographies
• Own business requirements by translating Treasury impacts into actionable, prioritized specs for new product development and optimization
• Lead Digital Asset Native Treasury initiative and implement modernized treasury infrastructure and tooling
• Ensure operational readiness with robust data flows, risk controls, and scalable processes before product launch
• Develop cross-domain knowledge of Checkout’s infrastructure, product stack, and funds flow to resolve fiat vs. digital asset challenges
• Support New Products governance, documenting operating models, frameworks and enterprise-aligned policies

Key requirements

• Domain Expertise with crypto wallets or digital assets ecosystems
• Treasury or Product Management background with exposure to complex payment infrastructure and cash management
• Proven stakeholder management across multiple workstreams
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical concepts
