Senior Associate Clean Energy Construction

In this role you will handle a range of clean energy construction matters for a national top law firm in Bristol. You will collaborate with a cross-office team and leverage a broader sector group to deliver complex transactions. You’ll work on matters spanning BESS, EPCs, O&M and disposals, contributing to project development and long-term energy initiatives. Responsibilities

• Handle BESS supply agreements, EPC contracts and O&M/LTSA-related matters
• Draft and negotiate component warranties and related commercial terms
• Support clean energy project development, acquisitions, and disposals
• Collaborate with cross-office teams across real estate, corporate, finance, environment, planning, and disputes
• Leverage PSL support focused on clean energy to deliver expert client service

Key requirements

• 4+ years in construction, commercial, or project work
• experience in clean energy sector preferred or strong transactional expertise in the field
