In this role, you lead the Finance Transformation agenda to modernize the operating model, processes, and technology across finance functions. You act as the CFO’s senior adviser, shaping the roadmap to improve scalability, control maturity, and decision support. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and embed analytics and AI-enabled capabilities to deliver measurable performance gains. This is a strategic, high-impact position that partners with senior leaders to realize Finance’s evolution into a data-driven, enterprise partner.

Responsibilities
Define and maintain the Finance Transformation strategy, roadmap, and target operating model aligned to priorities and approved investments
Advise the CFO on transformation investments, capabilities, and modernization priorities
Shape and coordinate Finance technology, data, and analytics roadmap, embedding AI-enabled capabilities into workflows
Establish and lead governance for the Finance transformation portfolio with value-driven prioritization and risk management
Build alignment across Finance leadership and stakeholders on target operating model, standards, and adoption of future-state processes
Oversee major Finance transformation programs ensuring alignment with strategy, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite, tracking benefits and outcomes
Partner with CFO and Leadership to evaluate operating structures and capability requirements for future priorities
Contribute to development of Finance policies, standards, governance, and transformation practices
Represent Finance transformation in senior leadership forums and contribute to broader enterprise strategy
Ensure outcomes include cost-to-serve reductions, faster cycles, better reporting, and standardized tools and data across Finance
Key requirements
In-depth expertise in Finance transformation (operating model design, technology enablement, analytics modernization)
Ability to advise executive leaders and influence decisions with enterprise impact
Experience leading large-scale transformation in regulated, global environments
Strong enterprise judgment balancing ambition with governance and risk
Proven ability to lead through other leaders without direct execution ownership
Strategic, systems, and data perspective integrating Finance, technology, data, and operations
Ability to clearly communicate complex strategic topics to executives and senior stakeholders
