As an Aviation Finance Lawyer, you will join a market-leading City firm to handle complex aircraft and financing structures. You will work on international matters for airlines, lessors, lenders and investors, shaping multi-billion dollar transactions. The role includes regulatory work and finance/leasing-related litigation support, offering exposure to disputes and enforcement scenarios. You’ll be part of a high-caliber team that operates globally and tackles high-stakes financing and asset-backed transactions.
Responsibilities
Advise on aircraft finance transactions across various structures
Represent airlines, lessors, lenders, financial institutions and investors in international deals
Handle regulatory work and finance/leasing-based litigation support
Support on pre-delivery payment financings, tax-structured financings, insurance-backed financings and enforcement/workout scenarios
Engage in advisory work on commercial disputes and regulatory matters across global matters
