In this role you drive regional sales for the EMEA zone, partnering with dealers to grow market share and margin while promoting the Ransomes Jacobsen brands. You will build and execute business plans, conduct end-user engagements and product demos, and develop an independent dealer network. This position offers remote work with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and strategic growth in the turf equipment sector.

Responsibilities
Achieve regional sales objectives (monthly, quarterly, yearly) using a hybrid sales approach
Execute and enhance dealer/distributor strategy to improve sales in the zone
Meet margin targets and manage customer receivables for accounts under your responsibility
Agree annual business plans with dealers and develop Dealer/Distributor Development Plans
Conduct end-user visits and product demonstrations to strengthen relationships and brand perception
Identify and develop new sales opportunities and promote them via hybrid selling
Establish an independent, financially secure dealer/distributor network for Ransomes Jacobsen products
Identify training needs and coordinate product and sales training for dealers
Maintain up-to-date records on dealers and customers, report visits, itineraries, and monthly sales activity
Identify and report vulnerabilities in sales activities and ensure proper use of company systems and policies
Safely maintain company assets and promote all Ransomes Jacobsen brands when appropriate
Key requirements
Degree/A Level or equivalent
Minimum five years’ commercial experience and three years in a related industry
IT literate
Full driving licence
Excellent commercial awareness and interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage workload and prioritize and organize tasks
