In this role you will lead the strategic direction and delivery of BT’s volume recruitment, partnering with senior stakeholders to translate workforce needs into scalable talent solutions. You will shape the recruitment operating model, drive data-led decision making and AI-enabled innovations, and ensure a market-leading candidate experience. Your leadership will influence workforce planning and employer branding as BT scales its capabilities. Strategic partnership with senior stakeholders to translate workforce requirements into TA strategies
Shape workforce plans to enable business outcomes and confident volume hiring
Lead volume recruitment delivery at scale to meet targets
Design and improve recruitment processes, operating models and assessment approaches
Create exceptional candidate experiences to strengthen employer brand
Identify and implement technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions
Partner with Employer Brand and external providers to build diverse pipelines
Lead recruitment transformation initiatives and embed best practice across volume hiring
Inspire and develop a geographically dispersed team across the UK and India
Coach leaders to embody BT behaviours and deliver excellent stakeholder outcomes
Key requirements
Proven experience in leading high-volume recruitment within a large, complex organisation
End-to-end process optimisation, attraction strategy, employer brand delivery and measurable hiring outcomes
Strong stakeholder management and experience partnering with senior leaders and external partners
Data-led decision-making, recruitment technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions
Experience leading teams through change, transformation and continuous improvement
