Overview

In this placement, you support vendor management activities for BMW Financial Services and Alphabet suppliers. You will help manage contract records, supplier risk and KPI portals, and assist with tenders, governance, and risk tasks. The role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and MI development for the sourcing function. It’s a hands-on program designed to develop your understanding of corporate supplier ecosystems and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor management activities for BMW Financial Services and supplier relationships
• Maintain contract management system, supplier risk portal and KPI systems
• Assist with tendering, vendor governance and risk activities within the team
• Support Sourcing Data Analyst in developing Management Information for the Sourcing Department
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to understand and manage relationships
• Gain broad exposure to a corporate business and participate in learning and development opportunities
