In this Planner role, you will maintain and coordinate the integrated master programme for hospital projects, ensuring all workstreams, milestones and risks are reflected in a single plan. You will work closely with the Trust, CNH/Vercity, Skanska and contractors to align inputs and optimize delivery. You will monitor progress, produce dashboards and updates, and identify delays or changes to recovery plans. Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and manage the master programme
Integrate plans across fire safety, lifecycle, Schedule 38, defects, capital works, operational activities and Trust-led workstreams
Identify dependencies, programme interfaces, conflicts and critical path activities
Coordinate programme inputs across CNH/Vercity, the Trust, Skanska, contractors and project teams
Monitor programme progress against milestones and key deliverables, producing dashboards, reports and planning updates while identifying actual and forecast delays, programme changes and emerging constraint
Identify and escalate programme risks, conflicts and recovery requirements to the Operations Manager and relevant stakeholders
