As an Assistant Site Manager at Vistry Kent (Greenhithe), you support the Site Manager across safety, coordination of subcontractors and materials, and construction quality. You’ll help run inspections, snagging, and customer-facing activities to keep the build on track and safe. Responsibilities
Assist in ensuring site compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Coordinate trades, utility companies, and suppliers to secure timely, quality materials and services
Attend and support weekly site meetings to promote safety, standards, and clear communication
Maintain site presentation, documentation, and inductions for all personnel
Monitor safety practices, incident reporting, and environmental obligations
Oversee quality control, inspections, and snagging to meet trade and material standards
Support customer-facing activities including home demonstrations and service visits
Key requirements
Experience working on new build projects
Experience in management of Health and Safety
Strong communication/presentation skills for customer-facing interactions
