In this role, you partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into executable advisory work and measurable business outcomes. You blend traditional consulting rigor with AI-enabled delivery to accelerate insights and ensure executive-ready outputs. You frame problems, validate hypotheses, and quantify trade-offs to produce decision-ready recommendations. You contribute to a knowledge-driven practice, improving delivery quality while expanding AI-enabled capabilities.
Responsibilities
Drive research and analysis using industry, market, and technology landscape assessments to identify opportunities
Translate complex business problems into structured workstreams and evidence-based recommendations
Support client engagements with executive-ready presentations, workshops, and requirements documentation
Apply AI to enhance delivery, including developing prompts, validating outputs, and improving processes
Ensure quality and delivery excellence by reviewing deliverables for accuracy, structure, and evidence
Contribute to continuous improvement through reusable frameworks, templates, and knowledge assets
Key requirements
2–6 years in management/technology consulting, business analysis, technology strategy, product or digital transformation, or data/analytics
Experience with technology-enabled business initiatives
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to connect business needs with technology solutions
Comfort with ambiguity and complex problems
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
Proficiency in using AI-enabled tools to enhance research, analysis, and content creation
Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and build client relationships
