Join Dechert’s fast-paced global PR team in London to elevate the firm’s media profile across the EMEA region. You will work closely with the Associate Director to promote partners and key transactional practices through targeted media outreach. You will develop and execute PR plans for thought leadership, events, campaigns, and new partner hires, coordinating with marketing colleagues and external agencies. This role spans financial services, M&A, private equity, private credit and capital markets, offering broad exposure and meaningful impact on the firm’s London reputation.
Responsibilities
Drive positive media coverage for partners and transactional practices across UK national, broadcast, regional and trade media
Develop and implement PR plans to promote thought leadership reports, events, campaigns and new partner hires
Coordinate with marketing colleagues and liaise with partners, reporters and external PR agencies
Promote the firm’s profile in the London market across financial services, M&A, private equity, private credit and capital markets domains
Key requirements
Experience in financial services, capital markets or legal marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly motivated and proactive with a drive to build positive profile in London
Ability to liaise with partners, reporters and external parties
