Project Manager

Overview

As part of a busy Building Consultancy and Project Management team, you will manage commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion. You collaborate with experienced surveyors and project managers, supporting client meetings, contract administration, and progress reporting. You’ll gain exposure to Cat A/B office fit-outs, landlord/tenant matters, and wider capital projects, while developing technical and commercial skills in a collaborative environment. This role offers growth, responsibility, and client-facing development within a reputable firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through to completion
• Deliver Cat A and Cat B office fit-out projects
• Prepare programmes and project reports
• Coordinate design teams, contractors and specialist consultants
• Contract administration and procurement
• Manage landlord and tenant matters during delivery
• Undertake site inspections and monitor progress
• Support senior colleagues on larger commissions while taking ownership of your own projects
• Engage in client relationship management and early business development as experience grows

Key requirements

• Experience delivering commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
• Background in Building Surveying, Project Management or related construction discipline
• Understanding of landlord and tenant matters
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage client relationships
• APC candidate or recently qualified (preferred)
