Solutions Architect

Overview

In this role you will lead enterprise solution design for global merchants in a fast-growing fintech payments business. You’ll partner with sales, product and engineering to drive technical discovery and shape scalable payment architectures from discovery to delivery. You will guide customers with technically viable, end-to-end payment solutions and present complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops and design sessions with customers
• Translate business requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade technical solutions
• Support enterprise sales opportunities, RFPs and customer presentations
• Design payment architectures across orchestration, acquiring, routing and payment methods
• Create API integration strategies and technical solution documentation
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure solutions align with strategy
• Present technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle

Key requirements

• Significant experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Solutions Engineering or Technical Pre-Sales
• Strong payments industry background
• Experience with payment orchestration, PSPs, acquiring and payment routing
• Solid understanding of Visa, Mastercard and alternative payment methods
• Experience designing and delivering API-based integrations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions
