As an Account Manager at iwoca, you serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of new and existing SME customers, guiding them through the application process and ongoing lifecycle. You build strong client relationships and ensure customers benefit from iwoca’s products while addressing individual needs. You will stay informed about options and product developments and contribute insights to improve processes and offerings. This role blends customer service with sales-oriented collaboration across cross-functional teams, helping customers achieve their business goals with iwoca.

Responsibilities
Support new customers through their application and contract closure, addressing concerns and identifying best product fit
Keep customers informed about options and product developments
Manage a portfolio of existing and new customers
Build long-lasting relationships to help customers achieve business goals with iwoca
Understand business operations and key risk/profit drivers
Provide regular customer feedback and insights to improve processes and offerings from competitors
Collaborate on cross-functional projects and contribute to product/process optimization
Key requirements
Completed commercial training / business studies with relevant customer service experience (banking/fintech a plus)
True team player capable of supporting cross-functional projects
Highly motivated, organized, sales-oriented with a hands-on mindset
Excellent German communication skills and good English for international teamwork
Independent, reliable work style with the ability to think outside the box
