Overview

In this role you will join a respected regional law firm's Insolvency & Restructuring team to handle a diverse insolvency caseload. You will work closely with colleagues on both contentious and non-contentious matters, develop your own docket, and support senior lawyers on larger cases. The position includes business development and client relationship activities, contributing to the firm’s growth. Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse insolvency caseload including contentious and non-contentious matters
• Manage complex investigative and high-value insolvency work
• Develop your own caseload and assist senior colleagues on larger matters
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management
• Collaborate with a high-performing team known for technical excellence and commercial insight

Key requirements

• 1+ years PQE in insolvency
• Confident handling a range of insolvency matters
