Responsibilities
Define and execute coordinated Market Data Services category strategies aligned to enterprise priorities
Lead complex supplier negotiations and strategic relationships with data providers
Oversee vendor management, licensing considerations, and risk governance
Influence demand, budget allocations, and cost optimization across the firm
Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure aligned supplier engagement across business groups
Evolve an integrated service delivery and supplier engagement model for scalable operations
Develop leadership capabilities and build high-performing, multi-level teams
Provide strategic guidance on data infrastructure, platforms, and workflows
Key requirements
Extensive experience leading Market Data categories and supplier management at scale
Proven track record in enterprise-level sourcing strategies and negotiations
Ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence decisions
Strong leadership experience with team development
Strategic and commercial mindset with market condition assessment
Knowledge of RFP/RFI processes, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation
Strong communication skills for executive engagement
Proficiency with sourcing tools and data analysis for real-time/reference data delivery
