Results Analyst Senior

Overview

In this role you will evaluate and communicate investment results across internal teams and external clients, building robust analytical models and forecasts. You will lead complex projects, drive data-driven insights, and shape decision-making through attribution analyses and performance narratives. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Investment Groups, IT, and Operations to install scalable processes and ensure accurate reporting. Responsibilities

• Evaluate, construct, and maintain portfolio structures and benchmarks across multiple teams
• Develop models and forecasts to support investment, sales, and marketing activities
• Analyze results and resolve discrepancies with operational teams
• Perform portfolio and statistical analyses and produce hypothetical portfolio results
• Create forecasting tools and models to support decision-making
• Narrate data findings for diverse stakeholders and support visualization
• Lead enterprise projects, create new processes, and resolve cross-group issues
• Build and manage relationships with internal departments and outsourced providers
• Lead domain knowledge as a subject matter expert for investment applications
• Provide training, quality checks, and mentorship to associates
• Develop policy guidelines and best practices; implement new procedures
• Remain compliant with regulations and ensure accurate data reporting

Key requirements

• Strong business acumen in investment markets and Capital’s vehicles
• Expert knowledge of industry applications and performance measurement concepts
• Ability to present complex results to Investment Group stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-team collaboration
• Project leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Data visualization proficiency; strong SQL, Alteryx, TOAD, Excel, Python skills
• PMP or ScrumMaster is a plus; CFA certification; CIPM/MBA a plus
• Experience with continuous improvement and scaling operations
