Senior Consultant - Strategic Real Estate Advisory (Defence)

Overview

In this role you will help shape major estate and infrastructure investment programmes for defence and the wider public sector. You will work with cross-functional teams to define investment needs, outcomes and evidence-based recommendations for strategic decision making. You will engage senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops and produce high-quality inputs that underpin business cases and investment proposals. The opportunity offers exposure to governance, assurance processes and multidisciplinary project delivery within a respected advisory practice.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic estate and infrastructure investment programmes across defence and public sector
• Develop and articulate business cases and investment strategy
• Define scope, success criteria and investment requirements
• Identify, develop and appraise investment options
• Define benefits and support realisation planning
• Prepare HMT Green Book compliant business cases and investment proposals
• Produce reports and presentations for senior decision-makers
• Support governance, assurance and approvals processes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape capital programmes
• Engage with senior client teams and facilitate workshops
