Global Program Manager - Commercial Life Sciences

Overview

As Global Program Manager you lead customer-facing services for Veeva’s Commercial product line at a major client, shaping deployment and transformation roadmaps. You collaborate with client leadership and internal teams to maximize product value, adoption, and renewals, while guiding post-deployment operations. You drive cross-functional leverage across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role offers exposure to strategic, high-impact programs in a fast-growing SaaS company with a customer-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery for the Commercial product line at a key client
• Partner with customer leadership and IT to define deployment, governance and transformation roadmaps
• Establish post-deployment application management
• Support implementation proposals and services contract negotiations
• Coordinate Customer Success Manager activities to drive value and adoption
• Coordinate Product Management and Product Support activities

Key requirements

• 7+ years in large-scale program management within the Pharmaceutical Commercial space
• Consulting experience across multiple functional areas for enterprise pharma clients
• Track record of leading diverse global teams to deliver complex technology implementations with measurable results
• Experience in technology strategy and roadmap development for large pharma customers
• Proven executive communication skills
• Ability to influence at the executive level
• Skills in problem resolution, negotiation, handling ambiguity, process establishment, influencing without authority
• Experience working with third parties and galvanizing diverse groups
• Travel up to 50%
