You will supervise junior team members and manage transactional PPP/PFI work with a focus on waste-related projects. Responsibilities
Lead on the large UK waste project and manage transactional work
Supervise junior lawyers and support staff on the project
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of PPP/PPP-PFI objectives
Possibly leverage procurement/public law experience to address project needs
Contribute to business development and maintain client relationships (where applicable)
Key requirements
Experience as a transactional projects/PPP/PFI lawyer
Ability to lead a project and supervise juniors
Procurement/public law experience advantageous
London-based availability for permanent or fixed-term contract
Strong technical and commercial acumen in large-scale projects
