Personal Injury Solicitor

Overview

In this role you handle defendant personal injury matters to support a busy insurance and litigation practice. You will manage a varied caseload and work closely with Partners and Senior Associates, developing exposure to fast-track and multi-track claims. You’ll build strong client relationships while contributing to a collaborative, career-focused team. This hybrid Birmingham position offers development opportunities with senior leaders and a high-quality caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of defendant personal injury matters, including fast-track and multi-track claims (Employer’s Liability and Public Liability)
• Support senior team members on complex, high-value cases
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Key requirements

• PI solicitor with up to 5 years PQE
• Experience handling defendant personal injury claims (independently or supporting others)
• Ability to manage a personal caseload effectively
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, team-oriented
