Service Delivery Manager – Regulatory Reporting

Overview

In this role you will lead the delivery of regulatory reporting software implementations for a fintech client, acting as the functional lead through project lifecycles. You will coordinate with clients, development, and operations to ensure successful deployments within evolving regulatory rules. The position blends hands-on analysis with stakeholder management and pre-sales support, offering exposure to complex systems used by banks and funds. You will drive timely decisions under pressure and help shape the client’s regulatory reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and manage their onboarding process
• Conduct business analysis and specify non-standard customer requirements, managing expectations for delivery
• Own analysis, specification and delivery of customer-requested features outside standard product
• Liaise with development, operations and clients to provide clear communication channels
• Maintain product offerings within a changing regulatory environment
• Provide pre-sales support
• Deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis for large projects
• Produce ad-hoc management reports and analysis for customers
• Provide regular feedback to the Project Manager on assignment status and deliverables

Key requirements

• BSc or Msc in it, economics, Maths, finance
• Experience of Software implementation or Back office systems
• Excel
• Ideally SQL
• Experience working for a software Vendor in the financial market or a financial firm
• 2 years commercial experience
• Experience within Capital Markets of Regulatory systems
• Ideally but not needed EMIR or MiFID experience
• Understanding of the trade lifecycle or reporting
