Responsibilities
Advise clients on property disposals, acquisitions and leasing strategies
Manage transactions from instruction through to completion, including negotiation and stakeholder management
Develop marketing strategies, provide market advice and identify opportunities to generate new instructions
Key requirements
Experience advising on commercial and/or residential property transactions
Experience managing transactions through to completion, including Heads of Terms negotiation
Strong understanding of property markets, valuation drivers and landlord and tenant matters
