Responsibilities
Lead discussions to capture priorities, processes and requirements through group sessions or interviews
Gather and translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications and test plans
Analyze and document business processes; secure sign-off on specifications with product and project teams
Document functional requirements and technical designs clearly and concisely
Evaluate options to deliver technical solutions within scope and budget
Act as the liaison between business, customers, development team and third parties throughout the development lifecycle
Key requirements
4 years commercial experience as a technical or software business analyst
Experience at a software house or vendor
Experience of the Software Development Lifecycle
Strong Agile background
Experience documenting requirements and specifications for software/web/mobile applications (business, functional, technical)
Technical background with software industry experience
Excellent communication, organisation, presentation and analytical skills
Familiar with Salesforce data transformation and migration, Salesforce API and integration
Hands-on experience delivering solutions on the Force.com Platform
