Senior Consultant, Digital Assets, Technology

Overview

In this role, you will deliver complex blockchain and digital assets engagements as part of our growing practice. You’ll work with clients to translate analyses into actionable strategies, reports, and solutions across investigations, due diligence, and advisory services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape outcomes and contribute to thought leadership and market strategy. This is an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented position within a collaborative culture where your impact on client outcomes matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical investigations: blockchain analytics, fund flow tracing, and data analysis with upskilling in crypto analytics tools
• Review smart contracts and blockchain platforms to assess robustness and risk
• Support delivery of risk frameworks and due diligence with quality-controlled outputs
• Prepare client-ready reports, expert summaries, and analytical workpapers
• Perform market and regulatory research to support pitches and proposals
• Maintain knowledge of blockchain tools, analytics platforms, and emerging protocols
• Assist in proposal writing and development of business materials
• Support client engagement teams across services, including investigative reports and business development activities
• Translate client requirements into formal agreements and lead workflows to client acceptance
• Develop blockchain/digital assets solutions and manage project delivery for high-quality results
• Contribute to project planning: cost estimation, budget adherence, schedules, and timelines
• Collaborate with leadership on thought leadership, go-to-market strategies, and practice development
• Support practice development and client relationship expansion
• Provide project management and stakeholder updates to team leads and clients
• Respond to client requests with clear expectations and proactive communication

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Some experience in consulting, data analytics, or investigative research
• Experience in code review
• Advanced communication skills with ability to influence across levels
• Interest or focus in blockchain technology and crypto assets (preferred)
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills
• Team-oriented, collaborative, hardworking and adaptable
• Willingness to travel and motivate others
• Programming skills are a plus: Python, R, SQL, Solidity, Go, Rust (preferred)
• Experience in digital assets is preferred or strong learning interest
• Ability to convey complex blockchain concepts clearly in reports and presentations
• Experience contributing to high-performing teams in fast-growth environments
• Blockchain forensics experience with CipherTrace, Chainalysis, TRM Labs is a plus (if applicable)
