Responsibilities
Conduct due diligence and audits related to delegated authority claims
Manage delegated authority agreements/contracts and related governance
Monitor and report on service level agreements (SLAs)
oversee loss funds and associated controls
Support DCA management and process improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders to align DA processes with regulatory and business goals
Key requirements
Senior DA claims analyst experience or equivalent in claims operations
Strong DCA management experience
Experience with due diligence, audits, and governance of delegated authority
Familiarity with agreements/contracts and SLA monitoring
Background suitable for long-term career development in delegated authority
