Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and commercial strategy
• Manage contracts end-to-end
• Drive supplier performance and manage risk
• Support tendering and negotiations
• Ensure governance and compliance

Key requirements

• Experience in procurement or contract management
• Ability to manage risk and supplier performance
• Understanding of project/programme management
• Strong commercial judgement
• Bonus Skills: Government procurement experience
• Knowledge of NEC, FIDIC or JCT
• Qualifications: professional qualification in Business, Procurement/Supply Chain Management, Law, Project Management or similar, or equivalent experience
• Trained in, or sufficient experience with, DSPCR, PCR and/or Procurement Act 2023
