Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project workstreams with high-quality design and delivery of solutions
Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders using data and software insights
Mentor and manage Associate Consultants and support their development
Contribute to business development and internal IP creation to drive practice growth
Key requirements
3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting)
Domain knowledge in Clinical Data/Operations, Regulatory or Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety
Analytical rigor with quantitative and qualitative reasoning
Strong communication to senior stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Clear communication to senior stakeholders
Mentorship and team leadership
Analytical thinking and problem-solving
Knowledge of Veeva products
Experience delivering SaaS or tech-enabled consulting solutions
