Responsibilities
Provide core coding architecture to support the VR development team
Support subcontractors to ensure smooth development and delivery
Maintain high code quality with documentation and best practices
Assist the change team with VR outline or detailed proposals
Horizon scan to identify new technology, companies, and solutions
Support the Business Unit with additional tasks as needed
Key requirements
Demonstrable experience with game technologies
Proficiency with Unreal Engine and C++
Experience in Virtual Reality development
Knowledge of source control, IDEs, and related software
Proven experience in performance profiling and optimisation of XR (GPU/CPU bottlenecks, draw calls, occlusion culling)
