Management Accountant

Overview

In this role you will support the finance and operations teams with management reporting, month-end, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to drive commercial decision-making in a fast-growing renewable energy business. You will partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to turn numbers into actionable insights and help shape the business during the energy transition. Responsibilities

• Management reporting and month-end processes
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Financial analysis and business partnering with commercial and operational stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive insights and decisions
• Support continuous improvement of finance processes and controls

Key requirements

• Experience in renewable energy, energy, utilities, infrastructure or related sector
• Strong management accounting and month-end experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate numbers into insights
• Excellent communication skills with non-finance stakeholders
• Professional qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
