In this role you will lead the Databricks alliance program within EY, shaping a scalable partner ecosystem and driving global activation. You will collaborate with global leadership and EY delivery practices to deliver program objectives, governance, and performance insights. The position offers cross‑team exposure across EY’s services and regions, with travel and virtual work mix. You will help accelerate transformation for clients by leveraging Databricks benefits and alliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Databricks alliance partner program strategy
• Scale and activate alliance programs globally with local activation and compliance
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting and impact metrics
• Onboard and activate new countries and regions with governance and approvals
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and requirements
• Contribute content, knowledge sharing, and market insights to the global network

Key requirements

• Ability to manage multiple activities across governance, marketing, contracts, and finances
• Understanding of Databricks technology and business benefits of alliance products
• Experience in alliance management or business development for tech or professional services
• Proven success in building and maintaining win‑win alliance relationships
• Strong networking, influence management, and cross‑functional collaboration
• Proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues
• Excellent communication and project management skills
