Principal GenAI GTM Specialist, WWSO

Overview

In this role you will lead the GenAI go-to-market strategy for EMEA, shaping the cross-cutting transformation narrative around Bedrock, agentic architectures, and foundation models. You’ll translate technical GenAI capabilities into use-case led business outcomes across enterprises and drive adoption at scale. Working with senior executives and cross-functional teams, you’ll define the strategy, run high-impact programs, and influence product roadmaps. This is a high-visibility, impact-driven role within AWS’s fastest-growing AI domain.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end EMEA GenAI GTM strategy, defining the narrative and high-impact use-case patterns
• Land AI transformation programs in enterprise accounts, mapping priorities to GenAI use cases and building scalable roadmaps
• Engage C-suite and practitioners to align AI strategy with business value while guiding technical teams on adoption patterns
• Design and run scaled GTM programs (roundtables, workload assessments, workshops, regional campaigns) to accelerate adoption
• Create thought leadership deliverables and enablement assets to elevate regional capability
• Synthesize regional customer feedback into actionable inputs for Bedrock and GenAI service roadmaps
• Collaborate with Marketing, Field, Partner, and Specialist teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution
• Translate complex GenAI possibilities into practical, measurable transformation programs

Key requirements

• Go-to-market, business development, sales, or consulting experience
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at organizational level
• Proven track record delivering technology products/services in high-growth contexts
• Experience engaging with and influencing C-level executives
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience contributing to architecture/design of systems or deploying LLMs in production on acceleration hardware (GPUs, Neuron, TPU) and related scaling
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in Generative AI concepts with ability to engage both technical and business audiences
