Private Client Lawyer (1-4 PQE)

Overview

In this role you will advise clients on a broad range of private client matters within a well-regarded team in the Staffordshire / West Midlands region. Responsibilities

• Advise on Wills, Trusts, Probate and estate administration
• Estate planning and post-death inheritance tax planning
• Handle Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
• Disputed wills and estates work
• Manage your own caseload with high level client care
• Contribute to the growth and success of the team
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Support continual improvement and quality of service

Key requirements

• 1–4 years' PQE (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive)
• Broad private client experience, with emphasis on estate planning and administration
• Confident in managing own caseload
• Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship ability
• Commercially aware, organized and team-focused
