Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and appraisals to determine market values
• Undertake feasibility studies and provide recommendations on proposals
• Manage property portfolios, including lease negotiations and renewals
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess condition
• Prepare and present reports on property market trends and investment opportunities
• Advise clients on property investment strategies and potential risks
• Collaborate with architects and engineers
• Stay updated with industry regulations and trends

Key requirements

• Degree qualified
• RICS chartered status or recently qualified
• Experience in general practice surveying in a consultancy environment
• Excellent knowledge of property valuation methods and relevant legislation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build effective relationships with clients
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects
