Creative Lead EMEA and APAC

Overview

In this senior leadership role, you will shape a high‑performing creative team across EMEA and APAC to deliver exceptional brand work. You will steer creative development from concept to delivery, collaborating with top-tier creatives, strategists and agencies while guarding brand integrity and fiscal responsibility. You’ll mentor team members, elevate creative standards, and stay ahead of trends to inspire breakthrough work. This position offers influence across regional markets, with a focus on cross-cultural relevance and scalable creative excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create a motivating, efficient environment for exceptional creative development
• Provide clear creative direction and ownership to in-house teams
• Collaborate with creatives, copywriters, designers, strategists to raise creative excellence
• Guide work with world-class agencies across EMEA and APAC ensuring creative effectiveness
• Guard brand integrity and improve creative output
• Develop compelling solutions aligned with the strategic brief
• Partner with global and local marketing to balance commercial needs with innovation and brand building
• Manage creativity within project allocation and resources
• Demonstrate creative leadership and proactive inspiration and recommendations

Key requirements

• Extensive work experience as CD, ECD, Creative lead or related position
• Team leadership experience
• Experience delivering a broad range of creative projects (brand campaigns, activations, partnerships)

• Dependable, positive, and open-minded
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to read a room and pivot accordingly
• Strong knowledge of EMEA and APAC regions and cultures
• Understanding of TikTok and the TikTok community
• Ability to pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies
