Senior Corporate officer

Overview

In this role you support the administration of corporate and fund structures from the Jersey office under the guidance of a client relationship manager. You will handle a range of entity administrations across corporate vehicles, investment holding companies, and fund structures, ensuring compliance and efficient operations. You will also assist with shareholder CDD and coordinate with notaries, government offices, tax authorities, and banks. Mentoring junior staff is part of the remit, under supervision from senior colleagues. Responsibilities

• Administer entities across corporate vehicles, investment holding companies and fund structuring entities
• Assist with obtaining CDD on shareholders
• Liaise with notary offices, government offices, tax authorities and banks
• Mentor junior staff under supervision of senior staff

Key requirements

• Studying towards STEP/CGI or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong knowledge of company and partnership laws
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship development
• Entitled or entitled to work residential status
