Overview

As Senior Creative in LAD360, you will lead end-to-end branded pitches and campaigns, shaping social-first ideas with a deep understanding of youth culture. You’ll present compelling narratives to clients and collaborate with the creative team, while mentoring junior staff. The role blends fast-paced production with strategic briefing and cross-functional collaboration, from concept to delivery across video and social formats. This position offers the chance to influence how LADbible connects brands to youth culture at scale and drive commercially successful creativity.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from briefing to delivery with the creative team
• Develop strong social-first ideas and challenge briefs where needed
• Specialise in social-led activations while integrating campaigns across channels (OOH, experiential)
• Communicate and champion creative thinking and technical execution to clients
• Oversee junior project teams to ensure high-quality output
• Be detail-oriented in approving work and own overall accountability
• Understand how to brief craft specialists (Animators, Designers, Directors, Talent) to realise the creative vision

Key requirements

• Senior level creative experience in a social-led creative, marketing or advertising environment
• Practical craft skills and conceptual thinking
• Experience in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Budget and scope understanding; deliverables realism
• Deep understanding of video/social content in projects
• Proven track record delivering creatively and commercially successful projects
• Experience overseeing teams
• Interest in youth culture, pop culture and social good
• Ability to design pitch presentations in Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides
