Overview

As a B2B Growth Marketing Associate, you will own in-person marketing across EMEA, driving events that generate pipeline and deepen enterprise relationships. Based in London, you’ll plan, run and optimize events from tradeshows to local meetups, working closely with Sales and Customer Success. This hands-on, field-focused role combines strategy, logistics and ROI tracking to shape DataCamp’s market presence in Europe. You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative team and make a meaningful impact through data-driven event programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate event strategy across Europe to maximize pipeline and ROI
Maintain and grow the EMEA events calendar and manage the budget
Plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end event logistics for tradeshows, dinners, partner events and meetups
Host DataCamp London meetups and code-alongs to build local community
Collaborate with Sales, CS and AE teams on event goals and staffing
Coordinate event collateral, vendor relations, booths, AV, freight and sponsorships
Oversee attendee shipping, swag inventory and staff travel plans
Support social coverage, manage industry award applications
Log leads in Salesforce and report on event ROI, pipeline influenced, and qualitative learnings

Key requirements

At least 1 year in marketing, events or a related B2B role
Strong academic record with a degree from a top-tier university
Excellent organizational and project-management skills
Proactive ownership mindset with budget and project management capability
Strong communication and relationship skills with Sales, customers, partners and vendors
Commercial curiosity with a focus on pipeline and ROI
Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA
