Employment Lawyer 6+ PQE (Media & Entertainment)

Overview

In this role you will advance a focused employment practice within a renowned London law firm known for its sector focus in media, entertainment and technology. You will work on high-value, complex claims across contentious and non-contentious matters for employers and senior executives. You’ll handle reorganisations, TUPE, redundancies, contracts and settlement negotiations, alongside tribunal claims and investigations. Responsibilities

• Advise on reorganisations, TUPE and collective redundancies
• Draft and negotiate employment contracts and terminations
• Lead or support high-value, complex claims (contentious and non-contentious)
• Handle exits, settlements and recruitment-related matters
• Advise on grievances, disciplinary investigations, and employment tribunals
• Collaborate with partners on strategic employment matters for clients across media, entertainment, and tech sectors

Key requirements

• 6+ years’ PQE in employment law
• proven experience with both contentious and non-contentious matters
• strong reputation in handling high-value claims
