You will manage day-to-day relationships for assigned financial clients, ensuring contract and SLA adherence while identifying growth opportunities. You will collaborate with the account management team to deliver excellent service, both internally and externally, and travel to UK client sites regularly. Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client relationship activities for assigned accounts
Oversee contract and SLA management
Identify and pursue opportunities for client growth
Collaborate with the account management team to drive service delivery
Travel to client sites in the UK on a regular basis
Key requirements
1 year experience in Fund Operations or Vendor Account Management
Experience managing relationships with financial clients (preferred)
Strong problem-solving to resolve challenging client issues
Excellent verbal and written communications with reporting experience
Strong negotiation skills
Analytical skills related to implementation of middle/back office systems or fund operations
Ability to communicate ideas and solutions clearly
Team player with ability to work independently and lead when needed
Basic understanding of the system development lifecycle (release planning)
Ability to translate technical changes for business use
