Overview

In this Corporate Strategy role, you lead strategy engagements, structure complex problems, and deliver actionable recommendations to RELX’s leadership. You partner with senior teams to drive strategic initiatives across the portfolio and develop market and technology insights, including AI, to shape business direction. You create clear, decision-focused materials for boards and investors, and foster a collaborative RELX-wide strategy community. Based in London with global travel, this position offers exposure to senior executives and cross-business impact.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy engagements: structure problems, analyze data, and synthesize actionable recommendations
Partner with senior stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives across RELX’s portfolio
Develop insights on market trends and emerging technologies (including AI) and their implications
Create concise, decision-oriented materials for senior leadership, boards and investors
Foster a cross-RELX strategy community and run forums to share insights
Support knowledge sharing and best practices across strategy, product, and commercial topics

Key requirements

Proven experience in strategic consulting with a top strategy firm
Advanced educational background
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical thinking with excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with senior stakeholders
Strategic and tactical thinking with attention to detail
Creative problem-solving and self-motivation
Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, cooperative working style
Ability to communicate and lead across multi-cultural, multi-national environments
