You will manage your own caseload, advise estates and rural landowners, and work on complex property transactions and development projects. Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of rural property and agricultural matters
• Advise estates, farmers, institutional landowners and rural businesses
• Work across agricultural tenancies and estate management
• Handle rural land sales, acquisitions and development
• Involvement in renewable energy and diversification projects
• Lead or support on strategic land transactions (options, promotion agreements, overage)
• Assist on complex transactions with senior lawyers
• Supervise junior team members
• Engage in business development and sector networking

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with strong real estate experience
• Solid technical ability across property transactions
• Confident managing own matters and advising clients directly
