Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Web and CMS projects (replatforming, multi-site, headless implementations)
Manage project scope, budgets (1M+), schedules, and profitability
Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting
Oversee resource planning, forecasting, and estimate-to-completion tracking
Identify and mitigate risks related to integrations, content migration, and technical architecture
Participate in pre-sales activities including RFP responses, scoping, and SOW development
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Drive continuous improvement of project governance and delivery processes
Key requirements
4+ years of Project Management experience in a digital agency or consulting environment
Proven experience delivering enterprise Web and CMS implementations (e.g., Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, headless CMS)
Strong understanding of modern web architecture and multi-platform integrations
Experience managing large client-facing teams and complex project logistics
Demonstrated financial management experience including revenue forecasting and margin tracking
Expertise in Agile and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
