Senior Product Operations Manager

Overview

In this role you partner with Wise Platform to boost product team effectiveness. You’ll help planning, prioritisation, and communication stay focused on the most impactful partner and customer problems. You’ll improve roadmaps, launches, and feedback loops across product, partner-facing, and wider Wise teams. You’ll support data-driven decision-making and cross-functional initiatives to scale Wise Platform. This is a chance to shape how Wise embeds payments expertise with partners and accelerates impact.

Responsibilities

• Improve planning, prioritisation and follow-through for Wise Platform product teams
• Clarify roadmaps and launches across product, partner-facing teams and Wise
• Strengthen feedback loops between partners, commercial teams and product teams
• Support decision-making on products and capabilities to scale and reduce complexity
• Establish rhythms and ways of working to improve alignment with minimal process overhead
• Leverage data to assess speed, quality and impact of development
• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives to bring clarity, momentum
