Product Development Coordinator

Overview

In this role you will support the BOSS range by managing product data and driving end-to-end sourcing across the UK, Europe, and Far East. You will coordinate marketing, quality compliance, and cross-functional efforts to boost sales, margin, and brand growth. Working with the Commercial team, you will help maintain product lifecycle and availability across our branch network and distribution hub. This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product and pricing data; update supplier price changes and review range performance
• Support end-to-end sourcing projects across UK, Europe, and Far East suppliers
• Act as primary contact for branch and supplier queries to ensure stock availability
• Assist in creating internal and external marketing content across channels
• Partner with Own Brand, QA, and Category teams to ensure regulatory and environmental compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with BSS and Travis Perkins Group stakeholders

Key requirements

• Experience managing and maintaining data sets and product files
• Background in merchanting, trade distribution or retail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities; proficient with spreadsheets and multiple systems
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management
• Full UK driving licence and valid passport
