Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Commercial Property team to drive performance and growth
• Manage a diverse caseload (acquisitions, disposals, landlord/tenant, development, property finance)
• Build and strengthen relationships with developers, investors, businesses and referrers
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to practice expansion
• Shape departmental strategy and mentor junior lawyers to support future direction

Key requirements

• Senior lawyer with experience in commercial property and a track record of leadership/mentoring
• Ability to manage high‑value, varied caseloads across commercial property matters
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills
